SERVICE UPDATE: Bshirt is open for business, parcels are being sent out as normal (Monday to Thursday only) and both DPD & Royal Mail are delivering. Friday orders will be dispatched on Monday. We have extended our returns policy to 60 days.
We are more than happy to process exchanges and pride ourselves on excellent customer service. If you are wishing to exchange an item please return the unwanted item and indicate on the order slip which item you would like to exchange it for. Please be aware our stock levels are constantly changing. If your desired item is no longer in stock we will email you and we will find something that is in stock to exchange your item for.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, make a note on your order slip and send your item to: Bshirt, 4 Castle Street, Totnes, TQ9 5NU.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We cannot process your exchange or refund until the item is received by us.
