Delivery Times 

Our standard tracked service has a delivery aim of:

• UK: 2 working days
• Europe: 3-6 working days
• Rest of World: 4-10 working days

We also offer an Express Tracked (next working day) delivery service via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD (UK only).

Please note - we cannot be responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail strikes. If your order is urgent, please choose a courier service.

We are more than happy to process exchanges and pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We can only accept unworn items for exchange.

Please be aware our stock levels are constantly changing. If your desired item is no longer in stock we will email you and we will find something that is in stock to exchange your item for.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We cannot process your exchange or refund until the item is received by us.

We can accept returns from both UK and International customers as long it is within 30 days of placing your order. Items are only eligible for refunds if they are unworn and in original packaging. 

Because we are a small business we cannot offer a pre-paid returns label. You must pay the postage to send the items back to us. We cannot take responsibility for items posted back to us without the proper postage paid.
