Returns and Exchanges


SERVICE UPDATE: Bshirt is open for business, parcels are being sent out as normal and both DPD & Royal Mail are delivering. We will extend our returns policy to 90 days during this time. (Last updated 27/03/2020)


Returns

We can accept returns from both UK and International customers as long it is within 30 days of placing your order. Because we are a small business we cannot offer a pre-paid returns label.

Exchanges

If you are wishing to exchange an item please return the unwanted item and indicate on the order slip which item you would like to exchange it for.

Please be aware our stock levels are constantly changing. If your desired item is no longer in stock we will email you and we will find something that is in stock to exchange your item for.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Items are only eligible for refunds if they are unworn and in original packaging. 

Please be aware - if you return items purchased during a multi-buy discount which was based on cart value (ie: buy 2 get x% off) then your remaining cart MAY NO LONGER QUALIFY for the discount or free shipping threshold. 

Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take 10 working days to process once received at Bshirt HQ.

Gifts

If an item was purchased with a gift certificate and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit note will be issued to you.
