Returns and Exchanges
We can accept returns from both UK and International customers as long it is within 30 days of placing your order.
Please be aware - if you return items purchased during a multi-buy discount which was based on cart value (ie: buy 2 get x% off) then your remaining cart MAY NO LONGER QUALIFY for the discount or free shipping threshold.
Because we are a small business we cannot offer a pre-paid returns label. You must pay the postage to send the items back to us. We cannot take responsibility for items posted back to us without the proper postage paid.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Items are only eligible for refunds if they are unworn and in original packaging.
Sale items (items purchased with a pink SALE icon or with price reduced on product page) are final and ineligible for refunds. If they are unwanted they can be exchanged for items of equal value or store credit can be issued.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds can take 10 working days to process once received at Bshirt HQ.

Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items (items that had a SALE sticker on the product) can be exchanged for an equally priced item or store credit can be issued.
Multi-buy offers are considered regularly priced items and can be refunded if the entire order is returned. If part of the multi-buy order is returned, the remaining items may not qualify for the multi buy discount.
If you are no longer in need of a breastfeeding product, such as a Bshirt, we have lots of accessories such as rattles and baby toiletries that you can exchange your unwanted items for.
We are more than happy to process exchanges and pride ourselves on excellent customer service. If you are wishing to exchange an item please return the unwanted item and indicate on the order slip which item you would like to exchange it for. Please be aware our stock levels are constantly changing. If your desired item is no longer in stock we will email you and we will find something that is in stock to exchange your item for.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can. Simply send your item with a note to: Bshirt, 4 Castle Street, Totnes, TQ9 5NU.
If an item was purchased with a gift certificate and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit note will be issued to you.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bshirt, 4 Castle Street Totnes GB TQ9 5NU.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
